marie,

Matcha tea is only in powder form.

Often, companies will sell normal green or black tea (in tea bag form), then dust the leaves with a bit of matcha powder (which still makes for a great tea).

The only real matcha tea is 100% powder.

Starbucks sells their syrups, I mix mine with hot or cold water and 2 pumps melon syrup to sweeten, yummy. Add milk for a latte, or blend with ice for a frap. YUM YUUM YUM

i have a question. I am trying to lose about 20 pounds and so that is a big reason why i am trying matcha tea. Should I just mix it with water, or is soymilk okay, too?

Hi! I recently came across Matcha tea at a nearby whole food store. I put about 1 1/2 tsp in about 8 oz of vanilla soymilk. It's so good.
