Really interesting article. I've been oversleeping so much as of late because it's the summertime. These were really great tips on how not to oversleep and I'll try them tonight.

I have always overslept. I can go to bed at one or ten or seven i still sleep the same amount. I hate sleeping & sometimes I will just stay up if I have an early appointment. Alarm Clocks water being thrown on me people throwing me out of bed; nothing wakes me up until the time I guess want to get up.. Is there anything I can do??

The idea of 24h cycle is great and it has scientific justification. Thanks a lot for sharing this! I hope it works for me!

How is it that people who have trouble waking up on time (ie: oversleeping) are encouraged to treat this by waking up on time every day!!!???

This seems to work for the average person with the average lifestyle. How does this apply for someone who also trains for 5 hours of which 2 hrs rather intensely? Does this person also need 7hrs or one hour more . . . at which time do the hormones kick in which promote muscle growth and muscle recovery?
