		<description>I have been a core fitness instructor and in-store adviser for 17 years and I cannot over-stress the importance of sleep to all over body conditioning. Our continued good health is a fine balance of everyday life issues and the gel that brings all of them together is high quality sleep. You can eat the right foods and you can exercise regularly, but without the correct amount of unbroken sleep your condition will suffer.

A few tips for a good nights sleep. No fatty foods before bed and, if possible, no food after 7pm. A relaxing herbal drink 2 hours before bed (marjoram tea is excellent). Try Tai-Chi or some other low impact meditative activity during the evening. Reduce alcohol intake, 2 glasses is good, 4 is bad and will result in a higher pulse during the night.

Getting a good night sleep will vastly improve your weightlifting gains. It helps focus the mind and improves the bodies ability to recover after exercise.

		<description>My Dad was diagnosed with severe idiopathic RBD about 9 years ago. Because RBD is often (but not always) cited as a precursor to neurodegenerative diseases, he&#039;s evaluated by a neurologist annually. Happy to report so far, so good!</description>
