		<description>I took 150mg of Holland &#38; Barrett 5-HTP last night and I had a lucid dream (not very common for me). For the first time, I was flying!  Just for a few seconds, and I somehow lost the visuals soon but it worked. Now the funny part is, that during morning reflection I realized, that I was probably flying in a dream within a dream. What can I say, I am looking forward to today's night :)</description>
